How we can help
Understanding your duties
Who the responsible person is, and what the Fire Safety Order, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and section 156 of the Building Safety Act 2022 require. Many duties depend on a building's height and use, so we explain which apply to yours.
Making sense of an existing report
A Fire Risk Assessment from another provider with a long list of actions, or one you are not confident in. We go through it with you, explain what matters most, and tell you if anything looks wrong or missing.
Planning remedial works
Putting actions in a sensible order, setting out clearly what contractors need to do, and advising on whether proposed works will deal with the risk that was identified.
Fire service visits
Preparing for an audit by the fire and rescue service, and understanding and responding to an action plan, notification of deficiencies or enforcement notice.
Changes to your building
Refurbishment, a change of use or new occupants. We look at the fire safety implications before the change is made.
Residents who need help to escape
Including duties under the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025, in force since 6 April 2026 for taller blocks of flats.
Who we work with
Landlords, housing associations, local authorities, managing agents, residents' management and right to manage companies, care providers and businesses.
